COPARMEX Jalisco committed to support SMEs

The strengthening of Jalisco’s business ecosystem has established itself as one of the pillars of the state’s industrial growth. At the “Punto Empresarial 2026” conference, government officials and business leaders reaffirmed the importance of collaboration between the government and the private sector to sustain competitiveness and economic development.
During the event, the leadership of the Jalisco chapter of the Mexican Employers’ Confederation (COPARMEX) was renewed, marking the beginning of a new phase focused on promoting businesses as the engine of productive development.
One of the central pillars of the new leadership will be the strengthening of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, considered fundamental for the integration of supply chains and the growth of manufacturing.
Supporting SMEs is key in an environment where the relocation of industries (nearshoring) demands more competitive and specialized local suppliers.
