Dodge Special Edition: Durango SRT Hellcat Black Demon

With a limited edition of just 55 units, Stellantis Group’s most passionate brand brought the Durango SRT Hellcat Black Demon to Mexico.

Equipped with an effective launch control system, its high-performance 8HP95 TorqueFlite 8-speed automatic transmission manages the engine’s power to deliver 710 horsepower and 645 pound-feet of torque, which is sent to all four wheels via its permanent all-wheel-drive system, enabling it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds, while covering the quarter-mile in 11.5 seconds.

Inside, the equipment is worthy of the special edition it represents: it features a Harman/Kardon sound system with 19 speakers, a subwoofer, and an 825-watt amplifier. It supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, configurable via its 10.1-inch touchscreen through the Uconnect 5 system with enhanced processing speed.

And the crowning jewel is the Performance Pages system, which displays real-time information about the SUV’s performance on the infotainment screen.

The price for each of the 55 limited-edition Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat Black Demon units is US$125,000.
