Driven/CLAUT Innovation Center marks 10 years of operation

During the 19th CLAUT Assembly, the 10th anniversary of the Driven/CLAUT Innovation Center was celebrated: a key initiative of the cluster aimed at promoting innovation, technological development, and the training of specialized talent in the industry.
Manuel Montoya, general director of CLAUT, and Ricardo Apaez, director of the Driven/CLAUT Innovation Center, recalled the vision behind the creation of the design center in 2016 and presented an award to engineer Antares Ortega, founding former president of Driven, who supported the leadership team during the engineering center’s early stages and contributed to its development and consolidation.
In this same context, engineer Juan Carlos Pedraza, from the company Ternium and current president of Driven, addressed the attendees, emphasizing that Ternium is proud to collaborate with Driven; noting that this alliance has significantly contributed to strengthening their value chain, as well as to the generation of industrial patents, which have been registered both in Mexico and abroad.
With this annual members’ assembly, CLAUT reaffirms its role as a catalyst for collaboration, innovation, and development, driving the sustainable growth of the automotive industry in Nuevo Leon and positioning the state as a national and international benchmark.
