Femia promotes Queretaro aerospace suppliers

QUERETARO - The Mexican Federation of the Aerospace Industry (Femia) has successfully concluded its 'Be an Aerospace Supplier' Seminar in the Querétaro region of Mexico.

The event was focused on disseminating business opportunities with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and expanding the national supply base in the aerospace sector.

Marco Antonio del Prete Tercero, Secretary of Sustainable Development of the State of Queretaro, shared observations on the significant growth in aerospace supply in the region, especially in areas such as maintenance, heat treatments and engine parts manufacturing.

The collaboration between the Mexican Federation of the Aerospace Industry and the Queretaro Aerocluster was highlighted by Veronica Mendez, president of the Queretaro Aerocluster, who emphasized the importance of continuing to promote the growth of the aerospace industry at both the state and national level.

The second day of the seminar included a tour of ITP Aero's facilities, with the purpose of showing the capabilities they are developing to integrate more companies to their value chain in the medium and long term.

The 'Be an Aerospace Supplier' Seminar in Querétaro has been a key meeting point to strengthen the aerospace industry in Mexico, promoting collaboration, knowledge and the expansion of business opportunities in this growing sector.
