FINSA has broken ground on the FINSA Garcia Industrial Park, a 92-hectare development with an investment of US$220 million, which is expected to create more than 14,000 direct jobs. The project aims to meet the demand for industrial space driven by nearshoring and the expansion of global supply chains.

The industrial park plans to host more than 25 domestic and international companies in the advanced manufacturing, automotive, logistics, electronics, medical, and metallurgical sectors.

According to the developer, the complex will feature infrastructure designed to improve operational efficiency and promote sustainable solutions, with spaces intended to foster a safe and efficient work environment.
