The Hidalgo Council for Science, Technology, and Innovation (CITNOVA) noted that the state is strengthening the development of specialized human capital and the advancement of scientific and technological projects that contribute to the well-being of the population.

For 2026, the state government guaranteed an investment of US$1.4 million, earmarked for human capital development and the funding of high-impact technology projects, representing significant growth, as US$580,000 was allocated in the first year, US$871,000 in the second, and now, in its third year, US$1.4 million.
