Index reinforces public-private dialogue

As part of its Annual General Meeting Ordinary and Extraordinary, Index Nacional carried out the formal proceedings on its agenda, followed by a session of high strategic importance: the participation of representatives from the public sector and key industry stakeholders.

Notable topics included the analysis of transfer pricing for maquilas and the focus on “well-being corridors” and their impact on regional development.

Beyond the diversity of topics, one of the central elements is the participation of government agencies, which demonstrates a solid and close institutional relationship. This ongoing dialogue has been driven in particular by Humberto Martinez, president of the National Council of Index, who has strengthened the organization’s position as a key facilitator between the public and private sectors.

Strengthening these dialogue mechanisms helps create more favorable conditions for investment and industrial development. Effective coordination between government and industry thus stands as a decisive factor in boosting Mexico’s competitiveness in the global context.
