Industrial park and bonded warehouse to boost Quintana Roo

The State government started the construction of the first stage of the Quintana Roo Industrial Park and the bonded warehouse, exerting an initial investment of US$ 619,000, to boost foreign commerce with Central and South America. This project will be developed over a six year period. The first stage of the Quintana Roo Industrial Park will have roofed industrial buildings on a 62,000 square meters extension. Sixty buildings measuring 300, 600 and 1,200 square meters will be built in total, for small and medium companies; eight 3,000 square meters industrial buildings and three 6,000 meters industrial buildings will also be built, adding up to a total of 71 industrial buildings.
