Japan-based Usui International opens second plant in Guanajuato

Japanese firm Usui International opened its second manufacturing plant in Puerto Interior, Guanajuato, to supply tubing solutions for automakers located in the Bajio region.

La company invested US$ 8 million in this facility, its third in North America, to manufacture tubing solutions for brakes, fuel, power steering and cooling systems.

Usui started operations in Guanajuato in 2014 with a US$ 10 million plant. Toyota, Mazda, Hino Motors and Volkswagen, are some of its main customers.
