Johnson Controls Opens a Service Center in Querétaro
Johnson Controls has opened a new Service Center in Querétaro with the aim of expanding its technical support capacity in the Bajío region, as well as meeting the demand for services related to data centers, systems, HVACR, and mission-critical services in a market that continues to experience significant growth in Mexico.
The new facility will enable the company to reduce response times and provide support throughout the equipment's lifecycle. The center aims to service heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, as well as building controls and automation, fire protection, industrial refrigeration, and electronic security.
Today, Johnson Controls employs more than 180 Mexican technicians, and the new center is expected to expand its local team. The facility will include a parts warehouse, a repair center, an operational base for technicians, meeting rooms, and workspaces to serve customers in Querétaro, Celaya, and other cities in the Bajío region.
The presence of a permanent team will strengthen Johnson Controls’ ability to respond to a growing installed base of equipment and expand its market share in line with Mexico’s industrial growth and data center expansion.
