Grupo Lala has a fleet of more than 5,700 refrigerated trucks for distribution in Mexico and Central America. In this sense, the company estimates that its refrigerated distribution network is one of the most important in Latin America.

By the end of 2017, the dairy company operated 143 distribution centers in Mexico, 19 in Brazil and 11 in Central America. Altogether, Grupo Lala's distribution network serves more than 628,000 points of sale.

The delivery of refrigerated milk products and pasteurized beverages is done daily, while the delivery of non-refrigerated products is done two or three times a week. However, external distributors are used in order to bring ultrapasteurized milk to areas that lack necessary infrastructure.

Through these operating mechanisms, the Mexican company has been able to venture into new markets, achieving international recognition.
