Le Bélier inaugurates its plant in Guanajuato

GUANAJUATO – Le Bélier is a French company that manufactures aluminum molded components for the automotive and aeronautical markets. The new complex is located in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato.

For the installation of Le Bélier in Guanajuato, the project competed with the States of Queretaro and San Luis Potosi, but finally decided to settle in Guanajuato. The company invested US$102.2 million, with 510 jobs committed.

The installation of this company is a project that was fully worked on during the current state administration. It is one of the companies visited by the governor, Diego Sinhue Rodríguez Vallejo, during his tour of Europe in 2021. Currently, there are already 90 investment projects in Guanajuato, since 2018.

The inauguration event was attended by Ange Kard Rasidy, Director of Le Bélier Mexico; Yan Chen, CEO of Le Bélier; Beniot Cipolleta, project manager in San Miguel Allende; Ramón Alfaro Gómez, Secretary of Sustainable Economic Development; and the mayor of San Miguel, Mauricio Trejo Pureco.

Le Bélier, of French origin, is a global foundry group, specialized since 1961, in the manufacture of aluminum molded components, which participates in the reduction of CO2 emissions for the automotive and aeronautical markets.
