Lexus IS 350 Sport arrives in Mexico

Lexus Mexico’s product lineup is expanding with the addition of the new IS 350 F Sport, which adds to the sedan segment—a key category in the Mexican market.

The arrival of the IS 350 F Sport is of great importance to the Japanese luxury brand; it stands out particularly for the engine under the hood—a gasoline-powered unit—carving out a niche in the Lexus portfolio, while most other models feature hybrid electric powertrains.

The IS 350 F Sport is powered by a naturally aspirated 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 311 horsepower sent to the rear axle and 280 lb-ft of torque, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission that manages the engine’s power through four driving modes.

As for the cabin features, the IS 350 F Sport features a 12.3-inch touchscreen for the infotainment system, compatible with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, from which you can manage and configure the 17-speaker Mark Levinson sound system.

The price of the IS 350 F Sport in the only version available in Mexico is US$68,000.
