Lintel New Logistics Project in Jalisco
Lintel has strengthened its industrial growth strategy in Jalisco through its involvement in six Colinas de Lagos projects and a future development within the Jalisco Logistics Center.
The developer is carrying out one of its main projects in Lagos de Moreno, located within the Bajío industrial corridor. According to corporate information, the Colinas de Lagos Industrial Park was developed in partnership with the Jalisco state government and is geared toward light and medium manufacturing operations; the company also reports that ten international corporations have committed to moving into the complex.
The project is part of Lintel’s track record in developing industrial infrastructure in central Mexico. The company notes that Colinas de Lagos is being developed on a 286-hectare site, while its portfolio includes industrial complexes in Guanajuato, San Luis Potosí, and Jalisco, with experience in projects primarily linked to manufacturing activities.
In addition to this presence, Lintel has a future project planned within the Jalisco Logistics Center. Lintel has not yet disclosed the size, investment, construction schedule, or business objectives for this new development; however, its mention represents one of the first public indications of the company’s strategy to expand its presence in the state.
