MIDYCSA is transforming the airport industry

The airport industry in Mexico has found a key partner in Mantenimientos Integrados, Diseño y Comercializaciones (MIDYCSA), a 100% Mexican company that, with more than two decades of experience, has established itself as a leader in the manufacture, maintenance, and modernization of equipment critical to airport operations.
Ernesto Sandoval, CEO of MIDYCSA, explained that the company has established itself as a leader in the maintenance of jet bridges and baggage conveyors, serving more than 20 airports in Mexico.
Although the company is headquartered in Mexico City, it recently opened a plant in Queretaro to meet domestic demand; this plant began operations in 2022 and has been instrumental in manufacturing spare parts and equipment for strategic airports such as those in Mexico City, Monterrey, and Mazatlan.
Although the company faces market resistance toward domestically produced products, its quality and commitment have been recognized by various airports across the country.
“We are pioneers in the development of these technologies in Mexico. We have installed conveyor belts at the country’s major airports, proving that Mexico is capable of producing high-quality products,” Sandoval states proudly.
