Mitsubishi Motors Mexico grew by +52% in sales during June
MEXICO – Mitsubishi Motors de México announced its sales results for the month of June 2022, which show an increase of +52% compared to the previous month, closing with 1,906 units sold and a market share of 2.1%.
Likewise, it had a +28% growth in sales compared to June 2021, reaching a +35% increase in total sales from January to June compared to the previous year.
The iconic L200 pickup continues to be a key vehicle for the brand, representing 49% of total sales in June, in its manual and automatic transmission versions. In addition, a new version of this model is expected to further strengthen this segment.
Sales of Outlander PHEV (Plug-in hybrid electric vehicle) continue to rise, while customers highlight its technology and optimum performance.
Xpander, in its GLS and Cross versions, continues to position itself as a market favorite, selling 76% of available inventory this month.
Mitsubishi Motors Financial Services had a +31% growth in credit applications with respect to 2021 and recorded +36% of contracts versus the previous month, representing +87%, compared to the previous year.
