Platah Industrial Park reinforces its logistics operations in Hidalgo

Its strategic location, the availability of industrial land, and the region’s growing connectivity have made Platah Industrial Park one of the development hubs seeking to attract new investment to the center of the country, particularly from companies focused on logistics, manufacturing, food, pharmaceuticals, and the automotive sector.
The project is being developed in collaboration with the Government of Hidalgo and is part of the expansion strategy of Dewa Capital, a company that operates industrial parks in various regions of the country.
Currently, the development consists of two phases and offers various business models, ranging from the sale of land for companies to build their own facilities to the development of industrial warehouses for lease.
One of the most representative examples within the complex is the logistics operations of Mercado Libre, which has established three distribution centers of approximately 100,000 square meters each.
The proximity to some of the country’s main industrial corridors has also been a key factor in attracting investment. In the case of the automotive industry, the location provides efficient connectivity to Puebla and the Bajio region.
