Pylontech to Open a Warehouse and New Offices
Pylontech has expanded its infrastructure in Mexico by opening a warehouse in November of this year, with new offices planned for the first half of 2027, as part of its expansion into the commercial and industrial energy storage market.
The company, which has had a presence in Mexico since 1018, will use the new warehouse to maintain a local inventory in order to reduce delivery times, as well as to strengthen support for distributors, integrators, and EPC developers.
This expansion marks a step forward for Pylontech, moving from residential storage to higher-capacity projects for businesses and industrial facilities.
Part of the company's operations in Mexico includes the 5 MW/10 MWh project, which consists of 14 battery energy storage systems installed at 14 airports.
This infrastructure combines photovoltaic generation, batteries, and backup power generation to manage peak demand and maintain the electricity supply during outages.
As part of its strategy through 2027, Pylontech plans to expand its service structure in Mexico and develop certification programs for installers in the residential and C&I segments.
Pylontech reports that the new structure in Mexico will focus on providing local support for the growth of commercial and industrial projects, where it will meet increased demand for energy storage systems.
