(AICM) and Servicios Aeroportuarios de la Ciudad de México S.A. de C.V. (SACM), by indication of the President of the Republic and designation of the High Command of the Navy of Mexico, the Secretary of the Navy, Admiral José Rafael Ojeda Durán.

Rear Admiral Rivera Parga is an Engineer in Aeronautical Sciences, graduated from the Heroica Escuela Naval Militar as an Aviator Pilot; Master in Naval Administration and Master in National Security, from the Centro de Estudios Superiores Navales.

The swearing-in ceremony took place in the presence of Admiral César Carlos Preciado Velázquez, SEMAR's Chief of Staff on behalf of the Admiral Secretary of the Navy.

The ceremony was attended by the General Director of Grupo Aeroportuario de la Ciudad de México (GACM), Admiral Juan José Padilla Olmos, among other AICM officials.

Carlos Ignacio Velázquez Tiscareño has served as General Director of AICM since July 7, 2022. Velázquez Tiscareño replaced Carlos Morán Moguel, who was only at the helm of AICM for six months, while Morán Moguel replaced Jesús Rosano García as AICM's general director.
