Regional manufacturing exports, increasingly dynamic

According to the Report on Regional Economics, carried out by the Bank of Mexico, after the stagnation from the prior trimester, economic activity in Mexico had a moderate reactivation during the third trimester of 2016, due to the expansion in the services sector, while industrial production as a whole remained stagnant. This analysis shows that the improvement the manufacturing production had been experiencing since the end of last trimester, persisted during the third trimester. On the other hand, the report by The Bank of Mexico indicates that most of the entrepreneurial executives are anticipating an expansion over the next twelve months, particularly regarding foreign business, there is an outlook for renewed dynamism in manufacturing exports, especially the automotive, auto parts, aerospace, electronics and electric ones.
