Samuel Garcia begins a business tour in Europe

The governor of Nuevo Leon has embarked on a working tour of Europe with the aim of promoting the state as a strategic investment destination and strengthening ties with companies in Sweden, the Netherlands, Spain, and France. The tour includes meetings with potential investors and executives from European companies interested in expanding industrial, energy, and innovation projects in the state.
The governor noted that investments of nearly US$3 billion are projected from Swedish, Dutch, French, and Spanish companies, which would contribute to Nuevo Leon’s economic and industrial development.
The objective of this tour is to hold meetings with companies interested in establishing partnerships and exploring opportunities for business collaboration with the state, as well as to seek meetings with executives from companies focused on innovation, sustainability, and industrial development.
The tour will continue in Madrid, Spain, where the governor hopes to strengthen ties with companies involved in energy and industrial development, while in Paris, France, he will hold meetings with executives from Vinci Airports, a group with a presence in airport infrastructure and operations in Mexico.
Through this initiative, the government of Nuevo Leon seeks to consolidate the state as one of the country’s leading hubs for investment and industrial development, amid the growth of projects linked to nearshoring and the relocation of international companies.
