Toyota launches its Camry 2022 model in Mexico

MEXICO – The 2022 Camry is already in Mexico and this year, Toyota integrated its Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 in all versions, a driver assistance system for safer driving.

The 2022 Camry is available in four versions: LE, SE, XLE and Hybrid versions. The LE features 17-inch aluminum wheels, and 18-inch aluminum wheels on the SE, XLE and Hybrid models.

Other differences are in the interior as the leather-wrapped gear lever for the SE, XLE and Hybrid version. Another is that for the XLE and Hybrid versions there is an audio system with nine JBL speakers with volume adjustment by speed, while in the LE and SE version is six JBL speakers.

As for the main touchscreen, in the LE version it is seven inches, while in the SE, XLE and Hybrid models, it is nine. It has support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Camry 2022 comes standard with Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 that includes Pre-Collision System (PCS), Lane Keeping Assist (LTA), Lane Keeping Assist (LTA), Automatic High Beam (AHB) and Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC).

Added to this safety package are 10 airbags, alarm, immobilizer and door locks for children; there are also front and second-row seat belts, three-position seat belts to provide the best possible protection for all passengers and ISOFIX anchorage to fit a child car seat.

The 2022 Camry is already available in Mexico with prices starting at US$23,541 for the LE version, the SE starts at US$26,212, the XLE costs US$28,277, while the Hybrid has a cost of US$31,843.
