Tultepec has attracted a total investment of US$59.5 million

Real estate developer Chesisa will build three industrial parks in Tultepec, State of Mexico, with an investment of more than US$59.5 million and an estimated 5,000 jobs to be created. The projects will expand industrial infrastructure in the northern part of the Valley of Mexico, where industrial real estate activity has grown, particularly in municipalities near Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA).

One of the three complexes already hosts KUBOR, a Mexican company specializing in bicycle assembly and distribution for the domestic market. Its presence positions Tultepec as a hub for the bicycle industry and reflects the integration of manufacturing operations into the municipality’s expanding industrial areas.

The announcement was attended by Laura González Hernández, Secretary of Economic Development for the State of Mexico, who highlighted business confidence in the state and the role of private investment in expanding productive infrastructure.

The projects aim to increase the availability of industrial space for companies seeking to establish operations in the region. For developers, these investments reflect a strategy focused on areas with established industrial activity and growing demand for commercial space.

According to Tultepec Mayor Ramón Sergio Luna Cortés, the three Chesisa parks are expected to create jobs and improve living conditions for families in the region. Their development will expand the infrastructure available for industrial activities, while KUBOR’s operations represent an example of the manufacturing activity already established at one of the complexes.
