Universal Aviation’s investment boosts business in Guadalajara

Universal Aviation has opened new FBO facilities at Guadalajara International Airport; an investment that strengthens the business aviation offering in Jalisco and enhances the state’s competitiveness in business tourism and air connectivity.
The project is part of the state’s economic development agenda aimed at attracting private investment and strengthening key infrastructure. This expands the range of specialized services for private flights, positioning Jalisco as a major hub within Mexico’s executive aviation market.
Governor Pablo Lemus Navarro emphasized that the FBO’s operation will help meet the demand for specialized services for international visitors during the 2026 World Cup.
The infrastructure will facilitate the reception of tourists and executives who require high-level, personalized services in private aviation.
Gregory Evans, CEO of Universal Aviation, emphasized that the opening represents the result of years of planning and collaboration; the company seeks to integrate into an ecosystem that already offers world-class services, with the goal of strengthening Guadalajara’s position within the global business aviation market.
