Vesta opens industrial park in San Luis Potosi

VILLA DE REYES With the objective of providing services to customers such as BMW and General Motors, the Vesta Park San Luis Potosí was recently inaugurated with and investment of US$90 million; Lorenzo Manuel Berho Corona, president of the administration board of the company, stated that San Luis Potosi is the fifth most dynamic economy in the country and recognized the work Governor Juan Manuel Carreras López has been carrying out in order to benefit the entity’s economic growth.

Carreras López, accompanied by the minister of Economic Development, Gustavo Puente Orozco, endorsed the commitment of this administration to strengthen the efforts for the installation of more companies.

 

"The entity continues to grow; it remains an attractive magnet for national investment and a strong source of direct foreign capital. The test, as I said at the beginning, is this new space for manufacturing, "he said.

 

He as well thanked the confidence that the Vesta company has in San Luis Potosí, and how this is providing the conditions for the contribution to the growth of the entity; said investment will create more than 2,000 job positions.

Vesta started operations in 2004 in San Luis Potosí, with Tres Naciones Industrial Park followed by the Querétaro Industrial Park, Bernardo Quintana, Querétaro Aerospace Park and Vesta Park Querétaro in Queretaro.

 

 

In Aguascalientes the company developed the Nissan / Automotive Suppliers Park; las Colinas Industrial Park, Interior Port and San Miguel de Allende Business Park were developed in Guanajuato and Lagos de Moreno Industrial Park in Jalisco.
