Volkswagen Mexico offers professional internships to students.

Volkswagen Mexico has decided to launch the “Talento Joven” program for undergraduate students. This program offers paid professional internships at the Volkswagen plant in Puebla, as well as a stipend of US$346, transportation, meals, and training.

This professional internship program is designed for undergraduate students who wish to gain experience in the automotive industry while continuing their academic studies.

Those who are selected will participate as interns in a corporate setting, where they will gain experience in activities related to their field of study, in addition to having the opportunity to learn about the operations of one of Mexico’s leading vehicle manufacturers.

This position corresponds to ID 29049 and is part of the Human Resources, Organization, and Diversity department. The program also requires the intern to be at a professional level, with a full-time work schedule, a fixed-term contract, and the opportunity to work remotely.

As part of the company's requirements, applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, have valid voluntary health insurance, have an intermediate level of English, and maintain a minimum GPA of 8.5, in addition to being available to work the established schedule.

Volkswagen Mexico reports that the selected participants will receive financial assistance of US$346 during their participation in the program, as well as benefits such as free transportation on the company’s routes, free meals, and access to team-building activities and events organized by the company.
