Zacua, the first Mexican brand of electric cars

Jorge Martinez, General Director of Copemsa, a parking management company, decided to venture into the automotive industry by launching its own brand of electric cars, called Zacua. He highlighted that this was a plan the company held for 17 years, and it has been developed with European companies to launch the first electric vehicle designed for Mexico City. The car’s design was made by French company Chatenet; the systems were made by the Basque company Dynamic Technological Alliance, and the assembly was made in Puebla with Mexican and foreign providers, said Mr. Martinez.
