Querétaro to participate in FAMEX 2025
QUERETARO - The state of Queretaro confirmed its participation in the Mexico 2025 Aerospace Fair, known as Famex. This is a civil, military, security and defense aeronautical meeting that brings together the leaders of the sector in the country to promote the growth of the industry.
Famex 2025 will be held on April 23-26, 2025 at the Military Air Base No. 1 in Santa Lucia, State of Mexico.
This aerospace meeting will bring together national and international entrepreneurs to showcase their capabilities in the aerospace industry.
The Mexico Aerospace Fair is organized by the Ministry of National Defense (SEDENA) since 2015 in conjunction with the Mexican Air Force. Its objective is to boost economic development in the aeronautical sector in Querétaro.
Famex's mission is to promote the attraction of Foreign Direct Investment and generate jobs in the national aeronautical community.
Five editions of Famex have been held. In 2023, 73 leading aerospace companies, 51 countries participated, 71 aircraft were exhibited and there were 6,123 business meetings. As well as an attendance of 105,000 specialized visitors. In that year, France was the Partner Country.
In 2023, there were exhibition areas with aircraft from the U.S. Air Force and Mexico.
There were also congresses for women in the aerospace industry, a seminar on foreign investment and a summit of rectors of educational institutions with careers related to the aerospace industry.
