This year, Merco also included a new category in its analysis: the best communication teams. The Mexican company was positioned in the top three places, in recognition of its ability to maintain effective and coherent communication with its different audiences in an increasingly demanding and competitive context.

The achievement comes at a time of great progress for the company, as it was also recently included in TIME magazine's list of “The World's Best Companies”.
