DroneMex 2025 arrives in Queretaro

The DroneMex 2025 Congress will be held at the Bloque Querétaro Innovation Center. It will be a free space to learn about the drone industry and its applications, and will include a night show with 200 aircraft.

The event will bring together manufacturers, universities, law enforcement agencies, and companies in the sector. The agenda includes conferences, specialized workshops, FPV drone races, and live exhibitions of aerial technology, with the expectation of attracting more than 1,000 attendees.

During the official presentation, Querétaro's Secretary of Innovation and Technology, Gonzalo Álvarez Zerecero, said that drones represent “the future of agriculture, logistics, urban planning, and security,” while highlighting the importance of bringing young people and women into this sector.

Yousefh Pineda, from Cramex Aerospace, also participated, explaining that the drone industry maintains an annual growth rate of close to 300% and stating that this congress will be “an unprecedented event” in the state.

In her speech, Gabriela Galindo, from Flycom, highlighted the growing participation of women in drone operation and called on families to get involved in the activity: “I invite you to be part of this wonderful community that is flying drones.”

Activities include conferences on urban air mobility, precision agriculture, and safety, as well as hands-on workshops on aerial photography, FPV cinematography, and night flights. There will also be an international FPV drone race with qualifiers for a world championship.
