PESMA expands its industrial portfolio

The San Miguel de Allende Business Park (PESMA) presented its second phase of expansion during the fourth edition of the Automotive Industry Supply Summit, held in Queretaro, where it highlighted its energy capacity, water availability, and industrial infrastructure as key factors for attracting new manufacturing investments to the Bajio region.
One of the park’s main competitive advantages is the availability of sufficient electricity to support high-demand industrial processes.
The complex also features technological infrastructure and complementary services, including two data centers, as well as excess capacity for future industrial projects seeking to establish themselves in Guanajuato and capitalize on the region’s manufacturing growth.
With the advancement of projects related to nearshoring and the expansion of supply chains in Mexico, industrial parks with energy capacity, water, and technological infrastructure are beginning to gain prominence in the investment decisions of global companies seeking to establish new operations within the country.
