DSV boosts its cross-border activity with a new office

DVS has expanded its cross-border presence between the United States and Mexico with the opening of a new office in McAllen, Texas, with the goal of strengthening its capabilities in supporting companies engaged in cross-border trade and regional supply chains.

Located at 701 E. Expressway 83, Suite 110, in McAllen, this new office was recently opened during an official event attended by representatives from DVS and industry partners. This facility will serve as an additional location to assist companies that require transportation, logistics, and cross-border operations services between Mexico and the United States.

Linda Alanis, DVS Branch Manager for McAllen and Brownsville, noted that the project, which began nearly a year ago, has now become an important addition to the company's operations in the region.

The McAllen offices aim to strengthen DSV's presence along the border, in addition to complementing its operations in Laredo, Brownsville, El Paso, Los Indios, and San Diego. With this location, they seek to streamline cross-border trade by connecting customers to DSV's global network, which spans more than 90 countries.

McAllen aims to make the location a key component of DSV's cross-border logistics capabilities.

Edgar Gutiérrez, DSV's Sales Manager in Mexico, emphasized the importance of cross-border operations for the company, which are essential for the continued development of supply chains connecting Mexico to the U.S. market.

Guitierrez stated that the region facilitates the movement of products destined for the United States, as well as goods from markets such as Asia and Europe that are incorporated into supply chains bound for Mexico.
