Fagor Ederlan will build a factory in San Luis Potosi

Fagor Ederlan, the Spanish leading supplier of complete solutions for the automotive sector, will kick start two new industrial buildings for low-pressure aluminum, one of them located in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, and the other in Bergara, Gipuzkoa, in the Basque Country, in Spain. US$97 million will be used to fund both projects, thus starting 300 new job openings. The construction works of the plant in Mexico began last October in San Luis Potosi and it will start operations this year. Fagor Ederlan Mexico SA, will be the second Grupo Ederlan building in this territory, in addition to the machining plant for automotive iron components, GIS Ederlan, which resulted from the joint venture completed in 2015 with Grupo Industrial Saltillo.
