Aeronautical exports on the rise
National exports of aeronautic products will escalate 2.7%, reaching a US$7,500 million net worth during 2016. This surpasses the amount estimated in 2015, and it exceeds 2014 records by 17.8%, according to analysts. A report on the consolidation of this Industry in Mexico, issued by BBVA Research, states that its close location, high quality labor, lower staff costs and the assembly of transport corridors for products manufactured in North America, are the main elements upholding the positive development of aeronautics in this Country. “This sector stands for 0.7% of the GDP from manufacture, and its favorable dynamics provide an opportunity to promote the establishment of added-value supply chain”.
