Aerospace sector has favorable demand

The value of the market will close at US$8 billion; the aviation upturn will work as a shield for the sector in the facing the NAFTA renegotiation, said industrial representatives. According to estimations by firms such as Boeing and Airbus, between 2,500 and 3,500 airplanes will be needed in operation in the upcoming years, thus establishing and millions of auto parts will be needed to build them. Some of the Mexican companies from the aerospace industry who export parts to the US and Europe are Hemaq, Mexicana MRO, Noranco, Oaxaca Aerspace Exova and Gonzalez Aerospace, among others.
