Agroindustries of Aguascalientes and Uruguay join forces
Aguascalientes and Uruguay share experiences in the dairy sector. After a meeting with Governor Martín Orozco Sandoval, Uruguay’s ambassador in Mexico, Jorge Alberto Delgado Fernández, stressed the commercial relationship between the two entities.
The Uruguayan diplomat said that Aguascalientes is an important place, not only in the automotive industry, but also in educational and cultural issues.
For his part, the secretary of Desarrollo Rural y Agroempresarial de Aguascalientes, Alejandro González, said that there is a special interest in exchanging Uruguayan experiences in the dairy sector, because over the years, producers in that country have recorded significant progress in the processes of industrialization and marketing of dairy and its derivatives.
“It is a country that has developed a very important industry in terms of dairy, meat, and grains, for us it is very important to know the industrial part that Uruguay has to see if we adopt this country,” Gonzalez added.
