Atlas Copco expands operations in Nuevo Leon
The Swedish company Atlas Copco is expanding in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon; the company, which specializes in air compression, power generation, and industrial vacuum systems, confirmed the launch of two strategic projects in the municipality: AIM Administrative Services and MEXSO (Sourcing Team Compressor Technique).
Electrolux executives participated in the meeting and formally expressed their interest in establishing operations in Nuevo Leon, furthering Swedish companies’ interest in the state.
The governor concluded the day with a promotional event for the 2026 World Cup at the Mexican Residence in Sweden, accompanied by diplomatic representatives from the United States and Canada.
Atlas Copco is a global company of Swedish origin specializing in air compression, industrial vacuum, energy, and automation solutions for sectors such as advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, automotive, electronics, and mining.
The company develops technologies used in high-precision industrial processes, including cleanroom infrastructure and systems related to the production of microcomponents and chips—segments that have gained prominence due to the growth of technology industries and data centers in North America.
