Audi Factory in Puebla creates over 5,000 jobs

More than a year after starting operations in San Jose Chiapa, Puebla, German corporation Audi added 5,200 workers to its workforce. With this, the four-rings firm has fulfilled its commitment during its first stage of operation for the production of vehicle models Q5 and SQ5, estimated Alejandro Pliego, HR Marketing Director. The Mexican specialized human capital works in synergy with the factory’s robots to satisfy the established goals: a production of at least 150 vehicles per year and export them to different markets in the world, especially in North America and Europe, said Pliego. He said during a tour, that out of the total workforce, the Company has sent 750 employees to Germany to learn the language and the production process of the company.
