Autoneum profits double in 2016 due to operational improvements

Autoneum, a Switzerland-based manufacturer of vehicle acoustics and thermal management systems reached new highs in 2016 net sales and profitability thanks to the efficiency enhancements in production and the globally diversified customer base.
Compared to 2015, net profit virtually doubled to US$ 133 million in 2016 due to operational improvements.
Autoneum owns two plants in Hermosillo and San Luis Potosi and operates a joint venture with UGN Automotive in Silao, Guanajuato.
