BMW labor force growing in San Luis Potosi

The number of workers in BMW San Luis Potosi is expected to increase up to 500 associates by 2018. Emilio de Jesus Ramirez Guerrero, General Secretary of this labor union, affirmed that most of those openings require technical profiles, with automotive industry specialties. The Confederation of Workers in Mexico estimates that there are going to be 250 people hired and trained to work in the BMW vehicle assembly plant by the end of 2017, with operations starting in 2019.
