Calorex will be sold to a Japanese firm

After Grupo Industrial Saltillo (GIS) announced that an agreement was signed with the Japanese company Rheem Manufacturing, to sell Calorex, their water boilers' business,  its stock shares closed the day with a slight upturn of 0.48%, selling at a price of US$2.15 per unit. The company produces and commercializes products para the auto parts and construction industries. According to a statement by GISSA, this operation is valued at US$ 211.5 million. The purchase includes a business dedicated to manufacturing and commercializing water boilers and items for fluid conduction.
