ENSENADA – The National Chamber of the Restaurant and Spiced Food Industry of Ensenada (Canirac), in conjunction with Cetys University students, signed three collaboration agreements with the purpose of joining efforts for the benefit of businessmen and workers belonging to these institutions.

The first agreement aims to achieve collaboration in different fields that are common to both institutions, the second one seeks to offer academic training to workers and restaurant owners, while the third agreement is focused granting professional practices to Cetys students at restaurants affiliated with Canirac.

The academic director of Cetys, Lucía Beltrán, recognized the importance of working within the restaurant industry since it currently seeks to promote innovation and academic projects.

In addition, the president of the Canirac, Luis Alonso Tirado Fernández, highlighted the benefits that these agreements will grant to restaurant workers, students and the university, as well as to Canirac itself, as an organization that brings together about 130 companies from the sector.
