The Head of Government in Mexico City, Miguel Angel Mancera, made a request to the Secretary of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP), Jose Antonio Meade Kuribreña, to approve new extraordinary resources worth US$ 56 million for the South-South Eastern region in Mexico, with the objective of developing different projects to have the States of Tabasco and Campeche consolidated as Special Economic Zones (ZEE, by their initials in Spanish).  “This is a fundamental project fort the development in those States. We tell him once again: it is essential that the resources for Tabasco be approved, in order to develop its programs. We kindly request the Secretary to fulfill this commitment with the Special Economic Zone”, said Mancera, who is also the President of the National Conference of Governors (Conago) in Mexico.
