Delphi expands plant in Sinaloa

Sinaloa (2017-09-26).- Delphi Corporation invested US$4 million to expand its plant located in Guamuchil, creating 400 jobs. The company supplies harnesses for the automotive sector, with its production being sent directly to General Motors, who installs Delphi's harnesses into new vehicles. The works of this expansion are expected to be completed in late 2017. The Secretary of Economic Development, Javier Lizarraga Mercado, informed that the auto part sector in Sinaloa represents nearly 12,000 formal jobs.
