Durr builds a paint shop for BMW Group

This plant, located in San Luis Potosi, will feature the first integrated concept of intelligent factory by Dürr worldwide, which will enter into operation as of August 2018. Dürr supplied the complete paint workshop, from pre-treatment, electro-coating (PT / EC), to spray booths with application technology and drying ovens. The waste water treatment plant, the water deionization system facilities and the workshop ventilation are some of the services provided by Dürr. Each process has been designed as part of a smart, integrated system. BMW will be able to eliminate the priming and drying phases by using this integrated paint process in its plant.
