Fibra Nova buys industrial building in Chihuahua

The Real Estate Investment Fund Trust (FIBRA, in Spanish) Nova announced the purchase of a new industrial building in Chihuahua city, as well as the expansion of two buildings leased to B-Energy Industries and Strattega Meat Products Corporation. FIBRA Nova, based in Chihuahua, reported to the Mexican Stock Market (BMV) its new acquisition of an industrial building with total surface of 10,692 square meters. FIBRA Nova declared that these expansions will take investment worth US$33.83 million, with expectations to reach consistent annual Net Operating Income valued at US$22.14 million and a 27% proportional lease value.
