NUEVO LEON - FINSA has announced the launch of its latest project: Smart Park FINSA Escobedo, located in the municipality of Escobedo, Nuevo Leon. This space has been designed to meet the growing demands of the logistics and light manufacturing sectors, driven by the nearshoring trend in the northeast region of the country.

The new industrial park will be located at Anillo Periferico Lot 031 and 206 Carretera a Monclova and will cover 15 hectares, with three sustainable buildings covering 7.5 hectares of roofed area. FINSA estimates that up to nine companies will be able to establish themselves there, which will generate more than 1,500 direct jobs in the region.

This park offers strategic advantages for companies seeking to improve their operational efficiency. Its location on the Periferico highway guarantees quick access to key routes to the United States and central Mexico, consolidating its attractiveness for companies in the logistics sector. In addition, Escobedo stands out for having qualified human capital that will facilitate the operation of companies.

The park's infrastructure will include world-class services, including electric power, telecommunications, treated water, natural gas feasibility, fire systems, and 24/7 access control. The project is also aligned with sustainability principles, ensuring minimal environmental impact and efficient operation of the facilities.

Infrastructure work is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2024, with an estimated completion date of the second quarter of 2025. The project's absorption time is estimated at 18 months, reflecting meticulous planning to ensure its success and alignment with market needs.

With the incorporation of this new development, FINSA adds 597 hectares in Nuevo Leon, consolidating its presence in the state, and reaches a total of 2,011 hectares throughout Mexico.
