Ford Mexico receives the Éntrale Distinction for the second consecutive year

MEXICO - Ford de México received for the second consecutive year the Éntrale Distinctive, awarded by the Mexican Business Council. Éntrale is an initiative to promote the labor inclusion of people with disabilities in the country.

Thanks to the results obtained in the Labor Inclusion Index for People with Disabilities 2022, Ford de México received for the second consecutive year the Éntrale Distinction, awarded by the Mexican Business Council.

Éntrale, 'Alianza por la inclusión laboral de personas con discapacidad", is an initiative that aims to create links and opportunities, as well as to change paradigms to favor the labor inclusion of people with disabilities in the country.

Éntrale evaluates the levels of inclusion in companies based on four areas: number of people with disabilities in the workplace, organizational culture, accommodations and safety, and finally, business practices.

In order to reinforce actions in favor of employees with disabilities, Ford de México has different employee groups such as Ford Empowering Diverse Abilities (FEDA), which continuously promotes accessible environments and fosters an inclusive work environment where employees with disabilities are valued and respected, thus achieving a culture of belonging.

"At Ford we offer job opportunities under the sole parameter of talent and the desire to grow, so being recognized with this distinction is a clear sign that for us there are no limits," said Carlos Valdez, Director of Human Resources at Ford de Mexico.
