Plan de Orbita 2.0 is the strategic document of the aerospace sector that outlines the development route for sectors such as telecommunications, health, agriculture, disaster prevention and safety, etcetera, looking to boost the development of this area and turning Mexico into a leading country by 2035. This, by promoting space activities and gaining a 40% market participation. With the implementation of Plan Orbita 2.0, the aerospace industry will generate exports worth around US$12 billion 2020 and Mexico climbs into the top ten spots worldwide.
