GE opens a Digital Center in Queretaro

General Electric (GE) inaugurated its ninth Digital Customer Service Center in Queretaro, with the purpose of giving service to the Latin American energy plant market. Digital services will be offered to clients at these new facilities, whether to improve existing energy plants or to build new ones. Clients will get a chance to look in real time at the technology operating in their plants through sensors, algorithms and predictive analysis. Likewise, clients will be able to develop a prior and integral vision of the future behavior of critical assets, but they will also be capable of developing a vision of the whole operation of the company, even if it doesn’t exist yet.
